This guarantee applies to:

  • Minecraft Hosting plans
  • VPS Hosting plans
  • Web Hosting plans

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase
  • This is your first purchase with KuroHost or first purchase of this service type
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • No excessive resource usage or abuse has occurred
  • Payment method allows for refunds

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name registrations or transfers
  • SSL certificates
  • Setup fees or migration fees
  • Add-on services purchased separately
  • Services cancelled after the 24-hour period
  • Renewal payments
  • Administrative fees
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. Refund Process
